Our store and orders

We create personalised gifts and engraved products. Our collection is currently coming soon. An enquiry does not create an order or require payment. Before accepting an order, we confirm the product, design, total price and production and delivery arrangements.

Please provide accurate details and be able to enter into a binding contract, or involve a parent or guardian. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt; a contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance by email or in writing. If we cannot accept an order after payment, we refund it in full. We may decline an order before acceptance if materials are unavailable, payment fails, an address is outside our delivery area, an obvious pricing error occurs or a design cannot be produced safely or lawfully. Accepted prices or designs will not be changed without your agreement.

Personalisation and approval

Check names, spelling, dates, wording and image quality carefully. Where a proof is offered, production waits for your approval. We produce the details agreed with you. Errors in details you supply or approve do not give a right to a free remake where reproduced accurately. Errors we make remain our responsibility.

Natural grain, texture and colour can vary and engraving depends on the material and supplied image quality. Any variation must remain consistent with the description and agreed design. Images marked as inspiration are illustrative rather than a guarantee of an identical result.

Your photographs and artwork

Only submit material you own or have permission to use and personalise. Obtain appropriate permission for other people's images or personal information, including from a parent or guardian where needed. Do not submit unlawful content or infringe copyright, trademark or privacy rights.

You retain ownership of your artwork and give us limited permission to use it to assess, design, produce and fulfil your order and provide related support. This does not permit advertising or social media publication of your photograph or personalised item; we will seek separate permission.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are in GBP unless clearly stated otherwise. The total, including applicable taxes, delivery and agreed design charges, is disclosed before payment. Use the payment methods offered at checkout or in your agreed quotation. Do not send card information by enquiry form or email. See our Shipping Policy for delivery arrangements.

Cancellations and returns

Genuinely personalised or bespoke goods are excluded from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. Contact us immediately about changes or cancellation before production. Eligible non-personalised online goods retain statutory cancellation rights.

All goods, including personalised items, must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their agreed purpose and as described. Our Returns and Refund Policy explains faults, damage, incorrect goods and engraving errors. Nothing here removes your statutory rights.

Website and privacy

Use the site lawfully without fraud, abusive material, malicious software or interference with its operation. Website content and branding remain the property of their rights holders. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information handling. Shopify hosts the store; purchases are contracts with Nasir Farooq trading as NF Custom Creations.

Responsibility and complaints

We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, statutory consumer rights or anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Email us with complaint details so we can investigate.

These terms are governed by England and Wales law. Consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland retain mandatory protections and rights to use courts available where they live. Future updates do not change accepted orders without your agreement or remove rights already acquired.
